United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) selects team including Flatirons Solutions for IDEAI contract

Flatirons Solutions is pleased to announce that it is a member of the PPC team awarded one of three USPTO IDEAI contracts. The mission of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is to administer the laws and regulations related to patents and trademarks in order to promote industrial and technical progress in the United States and strengthen the national economy. The USPTO carries out its mission by examining patent and trademark applications, issuing patents and registering trademarks, disseminating patent and trademark information to the public and by encouraging a domestic and international climate in which intellectual property can flourish.

Flatirons Solutions, as a member of the PPC team, will constitute an important part of USPTO resources, and will assist PPC in the design and development of new automated information systems and the refinement of existing information systems that will provide automated support to the patent and trademark application processing and examination functions. These systems will facilitate dissemination of patent and trademark information to the public and will provide consistent, available, and reliable network and data processing services. This Labor Hour contract has a ceiling of $95M and a 5-year period of performance.
