• Print-centric processes need to support on-line output

The Solution

• Design Innovative issue workflow automation and tracking solution. Milestone ‘gates’ enable scheduling and tracking while preserving staff flexibility
• Personalize e-mail notifications regarding upcoming gates (i.e. notify author that the proof of her article is coming in 5 days)  
• Develop flexible solution that enables authors to contribute content in tools such as Word, and converts it to XML prior to editorial work phase
