The Problem

• Outdated, unsupported version of Documentum
• The current application uses a custom web-based form and XML; users prefer an all Microsoft Word editing environment
• The current application uses a custom rendering engine to stitch agenda items together to create an agenda packet and page number them

The Solution

• Upgrade the Documentum infrastructure to Documentum v6
• Re-engineer the application to leverage more out-of-the-box capabilities and use Microsoft Word as the primary editor
• Replace the custom rendering engine with Documentum Content Transformation Services
