At least 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Analyst, with at least 5 years experience working with ATM systems and/or the NAS. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are a must.

Junior Systems Engineer - Air Traffic Management Systems	Northern Virginia / DC Metropolitan,
At least 2 years of experience as a System Engineer or Analyst; experience working with Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and/or the National Airspace System (NAS) is a plus but not required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are a must.

Sr. Systems Engineer - Aviation Weather Information Systems	Northern Virginia / DC Metropolitan,

Will work as a member of a consulting team but is also expected to work independently to identify and resolve other client support needs within a dynamic environment. Must be able to recognize and define client needs, bring together disparate information and/or different domains via cohesive analysis, and deliver concise recommendations to the client. Preferably has experience executing in a formal systems engineering environment using modern methods and tools (e.g., RUP, UML).
