Flatirons Solutions Delivers Innovative Six Sigma, Collaboration and Content Management Solution

BOULDER, Colo. — Flatirons Solutions and a customer team of Six Sigma blackbelts recently completed the implementation of a Flatirons developed collaboration and content management solution. This solution combines the use of Documentum, eRoom, and project management enhancements to eRoom to facilitate organization wide process improvement projects of the customer Six Sigma team. Flatirons created functionality enabling capture of and reporting on all aspects of each process improvement project in addition to the ability to roll up and analyze the outputs of the Six Sigma project as a whole.
