Ground-Based Navigation Aids (GBNA)

Flatirons Solutions delivered and presented a Business Case Cost Analysis Report detailing results for each of the scenarios. The report evaluates each scenario in terms of its total cost (by system component, cost component, year and total lifecycle) and benefit (i.e., the ability to achieve and sustain the service levels required by the MON).
