Flatirons congratulates its client Eaton Vance—one of the oldest and most trusted investment management firms in the U.S.—on its recognition as the winner of the 2015 Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) Global Awards for Excellence in Case Management for its new accounts processing solution. Flatirons helped Eaton Vance improve its new account creation process through a streamlined, digital solution designed to enhance efficiency.
Prior to the use of Flatirons’ customized new account creation system, Eaton Vance used a largely manual and paper-based account onboarding process. Using Flatirons’ new account creation solution, built on EMC® Documentum® and xCP®, Eaton Vance was able to automate several processes, better track workflow and deliver an intuitive user experience. Flatirons collaborated with Eaton Vance to develop the customized system that facilitated automated end-to-end handling, complete electronic document capture and seamless workflow, archival and process management.
“Flatirons congratulates Eaton Vance on its leadership in Adaptive Case Management reflected by this prestigious award,” said Flatirons’ Chief Solutions Officer JD Sillion. “We’re proud of this recognition and to have had the opportunity to provide a solution that enables such improvements for our customer.”
