Stéphane Labadie
CEO
Stéphane is responsible for defining the company’s overall strategy and oversees all major corporate decisions and worldwide operations of Flatirons Solutions. He started his professional career at Flatirons’ sister company, Jouve, in 1997. From 2008 to 2017, he successively held the positions of Production Line Manager, Industrial Director and Director of International Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and finally Chief Executive Officer in 2020. During these years, he focused on industry principles and continuous process improvement.
A graduate of ENSIAME, Stéphane is based in Boulder, Colorado.
Joe Mihalik
Chief Sales Officer
Joe is responsible for managing the sales, business development, and partner support efforts at Flatirons Solutions. He has been critical in helping to foster the company’s impressive growth and global network of partners and focuses on providing innovative software solutions tailored for business-specific needs. As a trusted advisor for our customers, Joe has built a long-lasting network of go-to-market and technology partnerships that keep Flatirons at the forefront of our industry. Through his visionary approach to solving content-related problems with innovative tools and technologies, Joe helped move SGML and XML-based content management and publishing into mainstream market areas.
Steve Cameron
Chief Financial Officer
Steve has built his career at Flatirons Solutions, which he joined in 1996 at the acquired firm Data Dimensions, Inc. From 2007 to 2017, he held the positions of Controller, Finance Director, and Senior VP of Finance. Steve was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and is responsible for the overall financial strategy of Flatirons Solutions and leadership of the global finance and accounting functions. A graduate of Arizona State University, Steve is based in Boulder, Colorado.
Cheryl Renckly
Vice President, Human Resources
Cheryl is responsible for implementing the company’s global human resources strategies that enable Flatirons to recruit, train and retain a diverse, high-performing, and engaged workforce. She joined the company in 2000 as a Human Resources Manager and worked her way up to Vice President in 2022. She began her career in 1994 at Dignity Health, where she gained her knowledge in benefits, compensation, and payroll. Cheryl is a proud graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She is based out of her home office in Arizona
John Badger
Sr. Vice President, Sales
John is responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy worldwide and ensuring the sales team has the resources and information to achieve that strategy. He has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industries. He has held operations, training, aircraft acquisition, IT implementation, and program management positions. John has more than 10,000 hours of flight time worldwide as an Airline Captain and has been the Chief Pilot for two airlines. Before joining Flatirons Solutions, John was an Airbus A320 Captain flying in China and a consultant facilitating EFB adoption for various airlines. John currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Olivier Joufflineau
Vice President, Solutions Management
Olivier is responsible for the Solutions and Product Management, including building the Flatirons strategic roadmap and implementing continuous customer feedback and revenue growth. He started his professional career at Jouve in 1988 as Software Engineer. In 1991, Olivier developed the first IETP viewer for Airbus and Boeing. In 1996, Olivier moved to the USA to build the USA operation. Previously, Olivier has held several positions from Sales Engineer to Quality Engineer, Product Manager, Customer Support Director, and Product R&D VP. Olivier is passionate about evolving the product to help move the industry forward. When you work for Flatirons, innovation comes from caring about what we do and making a positive change in how our customers do business.
Nirmal Kasinath
Managing Director, Flatirons India
Nirmal is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of Flatirons India operations, such as developing and implementing strategic plans, company policies, personnel management, procurement, and statutory compliance, and providing oversight to India Engineering, Finance, IT, and HR teams. Before joining Flatirons, he founded India’s first B2B platform for the beauty and wellness industry, actively coached other start-ups, and led the Digital and Mobility Practice at CSS Corp. He strongly believes in maximizing business value through innovation and execution excellence.
A graduate of the University of Louisville, Nirmal, is based in Chennai, India.
Doug Sergent
Vice President, Operations
Doug is responsible for managing the Aerospace Technical Publications team. He has over 36 years in the aerospace industry holding positions in flight crew, maintenance, technical publications, account management and sales. Doug has extensive experience managing teams of technical writers, illustrators and engineers. Prior to joining the ATP team, he was Sales Director where he managed strategic accounts and sold software and services to major airlines. Doug is a proud veteran of the US Coast Guard where he was an Aviation Electronics Technician and C-130 Navigator. Doug currently lives in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Rich Schafer
Vice President, Product Engineering
Rich is responsible for the product engineering, quality assurance, and hosting teams. He started his professional career at Xerox Corporation in 1988 as a Software Engineer. In 2004 he joined Flatirons Solutions as a Software Consultant. Since that time, he held the positions of Architect, Director of Consulting and Director of Engineering. During these years, he consulted Fortune 500 companies on the implementation of technical publications solutions, before transitioning into the product organization where the focus switched to building industry-leading products.
A graduate of UCI, Rich is based in Boulder, Colorado.
Vincent Fauveau
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Vincent manages the overall service delivery strategy, operations, and implementation services that ensure excellent customer relations. Vincent joined Flatirons Solutions in 2016. Since 2003, Vincent successively held positions of Systems Engineer, Pre-Sales Manager, Product and Programs Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, VP Europe, and VP, Operations in early 2022. During these years, his experience in the Defense and Aerospace industries focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and improving operational efficiencies.
A graduate of IPSA and HEC, Vincent is based in Paris, France
